What have you learned or how have you grown from working here in your role as a GM?

What made you choose to work with Thai Tsuzuki and decide to live in Chonburi?

"I chose to work with TTC because I saw growth opportunities and a good corporate culture. Chonburi is a nice province to live in, easy to travel to, and suitable for living."

What advantages or potential do you think Chonburi province offers in supporting the automotive industry and the growth of Thai Tsuzuki?

"Chonburi is a strategic area with many industrial estates and is close to automotive parts production sites in Rayong and Chachoengsao. It also has complete infrastructure, such as Laem Chabang Port, U-Tapao Airport, and Suvarnabhumi Airport. The government has designated Chonburi as a pilot area for the EEC project to develop into “Thailand 4.0”, which includes investment in infrastructure and human resource development. These factors greatly support the growth of Thai Tsuzuki. ."

As an executive overseeing IT, how do you see the role of technology at Thai Tsuzuki, and how does the company prioritize technological development at the organizational level?

"For me, technology is not just a tool, but a driving force for organizational change. Over the past 2–3 years, Thai Tsuzuki has focused on developing IT infrastructure, implementing automation and real-time reporting, strengthening cybersecurity, and creating a digital mindset so that technology and people can grow together. "
